The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) is currently conducting a Training Workshop on the Development Modules for the implementation of programs Under the Fisheries Management Areas (FMA) in the country. This is the third of the series of clusters which is participated by technical personnel from FMAs 1,2,3,and 4. The activity is held at venue 88 in general Santos city from May 22 to 25, 2023.

General Santos City, Philippines - The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources 12 held today, May 10, 2023, a formal turn-over of its P2.5M-worth multi-species hatchery to Mindanao State University - General Santos City (MSU-GSC) in Barangay Siguel, Bawing, General Santos City. The facility intends to promote the sustainable development of aquaculture in the country and contribute to the growth and development of the fisheries sector in the region.
